At GoVacuum we use UPS, USPS & FedEX to ship orders. We use the carrier as suggested by our shipping software. We've made ordering from GoVacuum.ca easier then ever. When you purchase from our website there are no surprise fee's or a delivery person collecting unexpected funds from you. Our shipping rates to Canada include all duties and fee's. We even collect the taxes during check out for your Providence, so you can rest assured the total amount you'll spend is only the amount in your shopping cart at check out.
Please note: We will not provide a return shipping label in the event you are returning your purchase, furthermore you are responsible for the return shipping cost back to us including duties, fee's and taxes. We also offer a 60 day in home trial for most all new products we sell. *(see below for exclusions) In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it- there's no restocking fee! *(see below for exclusions)
You have 60 days from the original purchase date to return your purchase back to us. For a full refund of your purchase price.
- Outlet, open stock, refurbished, reconditioned and used items have a 30 day return and exchange policy *(except for products listed below)
- Bidets, water filtering products and all commercial machines (vacuums, burnishers, carpet extractors, etc.) are not returnable (in the event they are defective we will work with you on having it replaced, repaired or exchanged as per the manufactures warranty).
- Heaters have a 14 day return and exchange policy
- Used bags, filters & roller brushes can't be returned for sanitary reason
- A restocking fee up to 35% will be applied to machines that are heavily used, shows signs of accidental, misuse or abuse by the consumer. All machines should be returned in like new condition, with the original packaging, manuals, attachments, accessories and in the original box to avoid a restocking fee.
In the event an item is defective or non working we might offer an exclusion on a case by case basis, please contact us in the event this happens.
